Web Services offers a wide variety of custom solutions ranging from content management to programming services. Web Services' mission is to provide a comprehensive service to the WSU community. Departments and colleges that need web design and web programming will find a service that evolves with their changing needs.
Each of our easy-to-use applications can be installed and then customized to meet your needs. Web Services is both flexible and stable, and we develop new applications to meet new technological capabilities and your changing needs. Since beginning seven years ago, Web Services has served many WSU departments.
Under the hood
Under the hood you'll find technical support with many years of experience in server systems and application tools. We have met or exceeded industry standards for website uptime with 99.9% availability over the past seven years. We also work with IT to provide 24/7 monitoring and management of the web servers.
Web Services programmers collaborate and exchange new ideas to build a productive and professional product. They utilize the agile software development model called Scrum (used by the best industry leaders) to maximize their ability to respond to changing requirements while quickly delivering a professional product.

We are here to serve Washington State University. Every time we work with a professor, student organization, dean, or the President's Office, it gives us an opportunity to invest in WSU. We are a strong foundation that WSU can build on and count on for years to come.
With the current budget and economic environment, insourcing is a great way to work within limited budgets. WSU money stays within the University and helps to fund current staff positions. In addition, we offer the continuity, longevity, and flexibility that is lacking with outside vendors. We will adapt to your needs, work on your time schedule, and arrange face-to-face meetings or tours at any time.

Web Services is based on a model of service. We work hard to provide what you need when you need it. To continue building on this model, we are cross-training employees to assist with electronic communications and CMS implementation.
In addition, we work closely with Publications Development and can simultaneously produce your project in print and online. This approach allows us to be as flexible as possible while economically meeting your communication goals.
