Many materials and products offered by University Publishing are now available to order on-line. Please refer to the links below to place an on-line order. Include budget and project numbers, along with delivery and contact information, on each form.

Printing Services

University Publishing is the supplier of all university stationery and business card materials. These materials are authorized by the University and contain all of the graphic elements required to meet the University brand. University policy requires that these materials be used for all official university business communications. More information about Washington State University's identity program is available at www.wsu.edu/identity. To order these products on-line, simply fill in all appropriate boxes for each product you are ordering. Be certain to include the information in the lower section of the form, then click the submit button. A proof will be sent to your office for approval. Upon approval, your order will be printed and delivered within a few days.

Cougar Copies

Please indicate if you are sending electronic files or paper originals. A proof will be sent to your office for approval. Upon approval, your order will be delivered to the location specified on the form.
