Custom Orders
Completed custom orders include a Customer Satisfaction Checklist. Returning this card to us provides valuable information from you, our customer, to help us provide the best level of service to Washington State University.
Routine Work Orders
Each order for stationery, business cards, and other routine orders are delivered to your department with a card inviting you to check your completed order for accuracy and quality. A phone number and email address are included to report problems.
